The session begins with a eucalyptus and mint steam inhalation bowl to help open the airways, followed by a full-body massage with 15 minutes of facial cupping and drainage integrated to encourage fluid movement, reduce congestion, and relieve facial and jaw tension. The session concludes with a warm rose-infused towel around the face to promote relaxation and balance.
The extended version of the spring reset allows for more focused work through the face and upper body to support breathing and sinus relief further.
